Tier 1 + remote diagnostics via WhatsApp + phone. Same-day workshop guaranteed Mon–Sat.含第一级服务 + 通过WhatsApp和电话进行远程诊断。周一至周六保证当日工作坊服务。
Tier 3 · Field response第三级 · 现场响应SGD 4,800 / vehicle / yr
Tier 2 + field van dispatched within 4 hours, mainland Singapore. Loaner vehicle within 24 hours for warranty repairs > 3 days.含第二级服务 + 新加坡本岛4小时内调派现场服务车。保修维修超过3天时24小时内提供备用车。
